Please give generously for the effort of Ellie and me to take part in the Loch Ness Marathon 2011 on the 2nd of October. 

All our hard training over the last 5 months have been in the build up for this where we hope our pain and suffering over the 4-6 hours will make you want you put your hand in your pocket to donate a little bit of money towards the Cancer Research Charity. 

Cancer is something that effects far too many people and hopefully our run and your donation can help to stop / cure / alleviate the pain and suffering cancer causes to so many people and their families.
