We both lost our Dad Tony on 23rd April 2011 after he was taken into hospital 12 weeks earlier with balance problems. The diagnosis of Sporadic CJD (a form of mad cow disease) was not made until a couple of weeks before his death.

We would like to give any donations to this charity so that a better understanding can be made of this disease and maybe eventual screening can be done to diagnose patients sooner and help towards finding a cure.
