This is it - the big one! In April 2016 I'll be taking part in the London Marathon, my first ever marathon event, and raising money for Orchid Cancer. Orchid are the only charity in the UK to deal with the three types of male cancer - as you may know my dad died from prostate cancer 6 years ago so this is a cause that's close to my heart.

I've done half marathons before but never run further than that, so please support my bid to run twice as far! All monies raised (up to the first £1,000) will be matched by my employer - Barclays - so if you give once the charity gets double!! Every penny counts so even if you can only spare a pound or two I'd be grateful.
