I am running the Brighton Marathon on April 15 2012 in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and would really appreciate all your support. You can purchase Olympic Sequins in Gold (£15), Silver (£10) and Bronze (£5) which are being sewn on to a red cape. Alternatively just donate an amount of your choice. 

I have a close friend who has cystic fibrosis so it is a charity close to my heart. 26 miles is a very long way so any donation you can offer would make each mile a little easier! And if you are able to come along on the day and cheer me on (go on, you know you want to see me in my red satin, sequinned cape!) I would be even more grateful.
