Never thought I'd have a stroke and never thought a stroke isn't only a physical problem. Emotional, financial and physical challenges lie ahead for all who survive. I've been lucky, a wonderful family, friends and with the help of some professionals in the early stages of recovery, have given me back a near normal life. The stroke association can help with all these problems and although I have never used there services its good to know that they are there if required. So tomorrow is our 'step out for stroke' walk at Villa Park. Thanks to all who have supported me and thanks in advance for those who are coming tomorrow to help drag me round the course, I'll post more after the walk tomorrow. #stepout
