Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Montane Lakeland 50 for my Dad. Dad lived with prostate cancer for a number of years finally loosing his fight 4 years ago. Whilst having treatment he lived a very active life enjoying holidays with Mum all over the world. Mum and Dad also enjoyed walking holidays in the Lake District every year. Dad spent time walking the Lake District fells as a young man and we spent family caravan holidays in the Lakes. Running the Lakeland 50 seemed a fitting tribute to my wonderful Dad and hopefully I can raise some money to help other men in their fight with prostate cancer.
