In a moment of madness I signed myself and others up to taking part in the LCP 10K to raise money for a local charity, Action Heart. Most people will be aware that running is not something I enjoy or am any good at but I will give it a go! Especially now as my brother has also signed up so I now not only do I need to complete the run but also attempt to finish in a quicker time than him!
