Dear Friends
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Sam has a dream.....you can help make it real Sam Smith is 10 years old. In 2002, he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. There is no cure for the fatal muscle wasting disease. But Sam is a fanatical sportsman. His passion is cricket. He is a Disabled Junior Member at Durham County Cricket Club. Last summer while he was still able to walk Sam went to see play in the Ashes. This summer Sam is in a wheelchair. But his passion for the game is undiminished. More than that Sam has a dream. He wants to see play – and hopefully beat - the Aussies again, this time when the tests are played over the winter months in . It is literally a trip of a lifetime. Smile for Life is raising money to make Sam’s dream come true. A small group of us are cycling from Edinburgh to Stocksfield to raise money for Sam. Please help.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Many thanks
Ruth Catherine Elaine and Debbie
