This Father's Day - I will be taking part in The Lakesman Triathlon - a rather grueling 140.6 mile triathlon in my home county of Cumbria. 

I'm hoping to raise a couple of pennies for this wonderful charity who provide support for children and young people aged 4-18 years who have been bereaved. The charity provides a safe space for children to work through their grief both verbally and non-verbally, preserve memories of the person who has passed away, to explore their feelings,  to develop coping strategies and to understand the impact the bereavement has had on their lives!
