On Friday 7 June, I’ll be teaming up with my TLA colleagues and clients to cycle 63 miles from London to Brighton to raise money for a health and wellbeing charity.

NABS is an organisation that supports people who work in our industry who are suffering from mental health-related problems, and we’re aiming to raise £25,000 this summer to help them continue the great work they do.

I’ve committed to raising £200 for NABS through donations from my friends and family, so would be extremely grateful for any contributions you can make to help me reach that target.
