We support those affected by a brain tumour to ensure they are not alone

Story

On 16th June 2020, my father, Andrew Crawford passed away after a two year battle with a brain tumour.

The Jersey Brain Tumour Society were of incredible support to he and my family in the time leading up to and following his death. People that develop brain tumours often lose their ability to work, their freedoms, motor functions, securities and mental capabilities. The support, advice and assistance that JBTS provide them and their families during this time is immeasurable.

On 14th August 2021 I will be aiming to complete the Finland Ironman. This is a full distance Ironman which includes a 3.8km (2.4mile) swim, 180km (112mile) bike and 42.2km (26.2mile) run.

If you are able to then please help me support this great charity that do so much for so many Jersey families. For more information please see https://www.jerseybraintumour.com/

Should the event be postponed or travel restrictions make participation impossible, I will be rolling fundraising over to another Ironman event in the immediate future. I haven't trained for 6 months for nothing!

Thank you for your support

Ryan
