Dear all,

I am writing to you all to ask for one last piece of
support! I recently ran the half-marathon, in which I was raising funds for the
brilliant work the Saints Foundation does, I am once again asking for similar
support. This time however I am going above and beyond (I believe) what I ever
wanted to do! Especially following only recently recovering from the
half-marathon. Because of this I have had very little time to train, but I have
really been putting in the effort to try and complete this challenge.

On the 19^th May I will along with some others be
driven up to Stoke-on-Trent. I will then be cycling back to Southampton from
there, in two days.

180 MILES IN JUST 2 DAYS!

The details of the ride is in the link below, I have been
set a fundraising target to try and reach and I am still a way off. I am only
taking on this challenge so soon after the half-marathon because I believe so
strongly in the work the Saints Foundation does.

Some have said I am a sucker for pain and I guess I am, I
just really hope and want the support to help me get through this mammoth
challenge. Both Chris Shelley and Sam Guyer know how much of a challenge this
is and for me, so they will support me in explaining how difficult this is.
