Money being raised for our annual 24 hour charity event will go towards Blaenau Children’s Centre, Llys Caradog Children’s Centre and Garreglwyd home.

The two residential short break services and home care for children with disabilities and complex needs in Carmarthenshire.

All three will be using the money raised towards sensory equipment for the children to use during their respite.                                      

The event will take place on Friday 29th July, 10am K.O.

We will be grinding it out on the Ski Erg in 10:00 minute intervals for 24 hours.

Your support, as usual, is very much appreciated. So we look forward to making a difference in the local community once again this year.
