Story

WE DID IT!!

The 11 of us from St Paul’s Place (and many school children!) did a sterling job.  There were some ‘interesting’ warm-ups, and practices, but  highly enjoyable, and suitably silly.  That said, also rather stressful when the microphone was approaching and we all had to get our one word in time!

Even though we were trying to set a 'first time' record there had been a bar set at 298 singers for the record to be validated (by the very nice ‘official’ and his team).  First 2 attempts we didn’t quite make it – but on the 3rd and final go we achieved...…..384!!!  RESULT!!

So – we are all now officially Guinness World Record holders in
the record of "most people in a singing relay".
