Construction Youth Trust Skyline Challenge (Heron Tower) · 27 September 2015

Construction Youth Trust's mission is to inspire young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full career potential. We prioritise supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, connecting them to employers and meaningful career opportunities in the construction sector.

Story

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING:
On 27th September 2015 teams of four will race against the clock and each other to climb the Heron Tower, one of London's most iconic buildings, to raise money for Construction Youth Trust.
During the event we will run up 37 floors of the Heron Tower using a panoramic staircase. The Heron Tower stands at 755ft tall, the tallest building in the City of London, and will provide a real challenge even for the most experienced of climbers!

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS:
We are fundraising to support the amazing work that Construction Industry Trust do. It would be lovely if you could donate and/or share our Page so we can raise as much as possible to help vulnerable young people overcome barriers to find work and training in construction and to build brighter futures. Thank you.

ABOUT THE CHARITY:
Construction Youth Trust works with young people across England and Wales to help them overcome barriers and find work or training in the construction industry. They also provide CV and employability training and work with ex-offenders, people not in employment training or education, and students.
