We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.

Story

All of the British Army chefs in Camp Bastion Super Kitchen 1 would like you to donate money for the just cause of ABF, this was unanimously chosen by everyone as all of the runners are in the Army.

The event is called MARATHON of MARATHONS and it says it all in the title. We aim to complete 26 marathons (676 Miles in total) in 7 days 24 hours a day wearing full combat attire carrying 15kg and their personal weapon in the heat of Afghanistan. The event starts on the 04 May 12 at 0900 and will finish (if all goes well) on the 11 May 12.

I SSgt Pickin have agreed to shave my head (for those that know me, know that i would never do this in a million years) if we raise over $5000 or £3300

UPDATE UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the Warrant Officers and SNCO's have said they will all shave their heads, Cpl's Beckett and Pritchard will have their chest and back waxed and Sgt Taylor will dye her hair pink for one day if we can raise £5000.
