Set up in honour of Hector Giles Henry Stringer, who took his own life in 2011 at the age of 18. His friends and family would do anything to have him back and to prove to him and others in crisis that things can and will get better, suicide is preventable and there is help, we are here to help.

Story

We are a form of year 8 school children and we are passionate about positive mental health. We are raising money for Hector's House; a charity that supports the mental health of young people. This fundraising event will also motivate us to walk and run more during lockdown to improve our own wellbeing.
