Cats Protection is a charity which is important to Alan, Rod and Ross - they do a fantastic job re-homing and caring for cats in East Fife!   Cats Protection rely on charitable donations and receive no government funding, so every penny will make a big difference!

Alan, Rod and Ross will be running the Great North Run half marathon in Newcastle on Sunday 15th September 2013 - a grand total of 13.1 miles!   Your sponsorship is not just for the run - there will be a lot of blood, sweat and tears involved in training for the event along the way!
