The Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust is a registered charity founded in 1983 to provide essential religious and pastoral services to Muslims in the United Kingdom.

Story

The Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust is a registered charity founded in 1983 by

Sheikh Sultan Fiaz ul Hassan and Sheikh Sultan Niaz ul Hassan Sarwari Qadri.

At the heart of this venture was preserving and understanding the message of God

as conveyed by the beloved Prophet Muhammad

While education and spirituality remain its core ethos,

the Trust has realised the potential of building dynamic

and confident communities that can express their faith

and knowledge in a manner that is meaningful, productive

and constructive in a modern British context. The Trust

established its headquarters and its first mosque in 1985

in a 19th Century three-storey building that originally housed

the old Mozart Works’ piano factory in Balsall Heath, Birmingham.

Since then it has developed more than 20 centres and numerous

partnerships across the UK and built a national reputation for

religious guidance, educational programmes and publications

for the Muslim community.
