Thank you for visiting my page! This Ramadan help me raise money for a very worthy cause, close to my heart insha'Allah😀🔆 

So, this is the first time I am attempting a fasted 5K walk! 😳 The month of Ramadan is always special. For me this month is not only about giving up food from sunrise to dawn but it's about working hard on improving my daily habits, cleansing my thoughts and my actions. 

I would like to use this opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues in our community. We need to stop stigmatising mental health issues. It is important to remember that raising awareness starts at our homes. Especially now, more than ever, we need to support each other.

If you are suffering don't stay silent, please seek help! 

Who am I supporting? I volunteer for Inspirited Minds, a mental health charity that aims to raise awareness, combat stigmas, and provide professional, non-judgemental, confidential support to those with mental health illnesses. 

Although Inspirited Minds works predominantly with those from the Islamic faith, they do not disregard anyone from different background.

for those struggling with their mental health in many different mediums 📚
