I am undertaking the challenge of not drinking any alcohol in January in order to raise money for READY. This will no doubt be hard but worth it. 

READY is a UK charity that does fantastic work by raising money to help young people with disabilities play sport and take part in healthy activities for fun and fitness. 

Their work is truly life changing and incredibly important in building confidence, promoting a healthy lifestyle, socially including people and benefitting mental health in particular.
