I know everyone is currently desperately looking towards the Ukraine which is so inspiring. But it is sometime small charities with ongoing struggles that need our support still.

Thank you for supporting Susie and her charity which has been able to bring patients and research together to battle this rare genetic disease. Two of her own children are living with Alport - a rare genetic disease that damages the tiny vessels in your kidney and can ultimately lead to kidney failure. 

I have been privileged to have Susie in my life for many years and have seen how much difference her charity has made to patients, families and bringing research together. 

She has also given me so much hope and support in my own struggles the last seven years where I have learned me how important it is to keep supporting people with ongoing conditions. They are not ok.
