Malachi Ward will be walking to his school in Leighton buzzard from Flitwick, a distance of 13-15 miles according to the route taken.  As he will be doing it on a school day, we will be setting out about 0530, and arriving in time for school to start at 0945.

As he is on the autistic spectrum, this will be a huge feat for him, and really help to give him a great sense of personal achievement for a really worthy cause. We aim to raise enough money to continue to benifit other families in the way we have been supported. 

Carers in Bedfordshire are a charity based organisation supporting young and adult carers, and have worked alongside us as a family for the part 8 years, providing funding for breaks, help with forms, support through activity days, and a range of other really helpful experiences. All their work is fund based, and help so many families just to make it through another day.
