World Shirdi Sai Baba Organisation (WSSBO UK) is a charitable society (Charity No:1142795) engaged in spreading the Sai movement in the UK. ( Please visit www.worldshirdisaibaba.org)
Besides campaigning for NERC, we are also organising an event to experience complete darkness while having lunch guided and served by blind people. It is a unique experience which will change your view of the world and appreciate your vision sensory. The event is scheduled on 23rd Nov 2014, 12.30pm - 14.30pm at Clerkenwell, London. The main objectives of the WSSBO (UK) are as follows:
- Make a meaningful contribution to the welfare of society in accordance with the teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba
- Spreading Shirdi Sai Baba's teachings and messages in order to help people in their spiritual quest.
- Assist and support wherever possible for needy people with their basic necessities.
- To shape and nurture aspirations - ideals and righteous conduct of individuals, especially young ones and generations to come.
WSSBO (UK) is undertaking good number of projects for the betterment of the society and one amongst those projects is SAI NETRAM which is aiming at filling light in the lives of some blind people. So as part of this project we are raising funds and working with National Eye Research
