On the July 8^th the Sophie Hayes Team and I are running together to raise money for the amazing women we support and champion!

It's the charity that counts - The Sophie Hayes Foundation exists to empower and bring hope to survivors of human trafficking. 

The charity was set up by Sophie, a British girl who was trafficked to Italy to work on the streets. She was lucky enough to escape and since set up the foundation to help support others who have experienced the same atrocities. There are approximately 40-45 million people across the globe today who are subject to human trafficking and modern-day slavery.This reality occurs even on your very doorstep, in the UK.

Your Donation- however tiny or large, will allow us to reach
even more survivors; it will help us to support our incredible ladies on the next step of their journey. We run a programme that focuses on building confidence, personal development, and employability- to break the cycle of re-trafficking, create independent futures and rebuild lives! It is truly hard to translate into words the lessons that these women's personal journey's, struggles and successes have impacted and taught me. We are honoured and inspired to work with these women and witness first hand the difference that we can make. 

We are a small team of passionate volunteers, but it’s your donation that keeps us going and will help us to increase our outreach –reachingmore and more women!
