Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We were so inspired by Hannah, that we wanted to raise money in her name. But what can we do  - in my case, a fat, middle aged city worker. I "ride" at the weekends, but on a saint of a horse, and have not jumped for decades - and when I did, I think I fell off more than not. I am not brave like the eventers that I admire - but I am lucky, I still have opportunities. So, rather than think about what I can't do, I decided to challenge myself. A BE80 is nothing to so many riders, but for someone like me that is a complete wimp, it would be a massive challenge. Frankly even a cross pole is enough!  And there is the small matter first of loosing a huge amount of weight, and getting fit.

I shared this idea on twitter eventing, and got some great support - including a few other insane people that were in a similar position - and hence the Wobbleberry challenge was created, so now there are several of us taking on this challenge - and we are still recruiting :)

Please visit our facebook page to see (I hope) our progression, and probably the bruises! www.facebook.com/wobbleberrieschallenge

PLEASE SPONSOR US - its not for us, its for such an amazing charity that deserves your money. I can't put it into words, read her own words on her website - you will be inspired too.....  www.willberrywonderpony.org

It would be great if you could include the name of the person you are sponsoring, to help encourage them through their wobbles. THANK YOU.
