Some may know but most may not that my Dad has Prostate Cancer but it has been caught very early thankfully due to him having regular testing for other issues. Dad will survive but I know many don't and many feel ashamed to be tested etc... But do... I'm a lucky daughter but their are other daughters apparent so lucky. Prostate Cancer is the most prolific cancer in men now and a lot of research is being done and needs to continue so I ask for just a little something. It's a small race, I'm running under my club The Bedford Harriers AC but for Prostate Cancer and couldn't be prouder! 

Plus I'm setting this page up tonight because tonight Dad ran his first ever 10km race in 68mins which is his age this year! He totally smashed his thinking target of 75minutes or over! So Dad, this one is especially for you x
