Hi All

Its me again!!!!! 

This year I am teaming up with my work colleagues from Marden Medical Practice in Shrewsbury in competing in The Severn Hospice Dragon Boat on Sunday 21st June 2015.

This date will be 1 week short of 3 years since I lost my dad to Prostate Cancer. As many of you know , he was cared for by the Severn Hospice team in the last few months of his life with such love and compassion. 

Please help me raise as much money as possible for such a worthy cause that is so close to my familys heart.

Please come down on the day to cheer us on.

 This year our team name is' AIR MARDEN'  !!!!!!!

Its such a fun day out for the family and you may even see me fall in!!!!! hope not!!!!
