5 years on from the Vietnam Challenge (where together we raised >£4500 for Macmillan) - I'm at it again.

This time I've signed up for their " toughest challenge yet" covering 550 'very rough' km in 7 days in Kenya & Tanzania. For a keen cycling bean like me, that's still going to be tough - but it's the wild camping inamongst my biggest most extreme phobia (long slithery things) that is a worry.  And equally scary, this fundraising lark is very much outside of my comfort zone.

But, it's a no brainer - I know, from personal experience, that Macmillan are the absolute bees knees, the dogs doo-dahs, the guardian angels with the most magical of wands. I can't begin to describe the difference this charity can make.
