Jamie and I have decided to sign up for the Brighton Marathon in September AND the Liverpool Rock and Roll half marathon in October and I don't think anyone should do stupid things like that without raising some money for charity.

I really wanted to support Harlow Food Bank because I know times are hard for many people and the work they do is so vital and so appreciated! When I looked into it, I realised that Harlow Food Bank is just one of three services provided by Michael Roberts Charitable Trust. Not only do they run the Food Bank, they also run Maybury Open Door which is a community drop in centre promoting community spirit and integration and the Bounty Club which recycles good, unwanted food back into the community.
