Story
Ladies and Gents
As some of you might already be aware, I will be competing in the 2018 London Marathon on the 22nd April 2018 for the Salisbury Hospital charity called The Star's Appeal.
In 2016 I had quite a nasty car crash as most of you are aware on my way to University. This accident made me even more unique than I already am.
The car crash led for 3 and half of my fingers being amputated and now I cannot pick my nose with my right hand.
Now this Salisbury District Hospital came into my life and I met some great people like my surgeon Mr Stephens who kindly offered me the option of replacing my fingers with toes which I sadly declined, my physio Megan and all of the lovely nurse's who are all one in a million.
The hospital is very special place for myself, family and all of my friends to as they helped me when I needed them the most.
As we've all said thank you to all the staff there hundreds of times, I wanted to show how grateful I really am, to all of the people at the hospital.
So, this leads onto me competing in the 2018 London Marathon for Salisbury District Hospital.
I will competing in a load of half marathons from now until the 22nd April 2018 so please dig deep as I think the charity deserves it.
I will keep you all up to date on Facebook of the different events I will be competing in.
Like I said please dig deep as it's a great charity.
One last thing I'd like to say thank you to all family and friends also as I would not be here without you.
Cheers
Sam Dartmouth
