Hey! 

For those of you who aren't as familiar with me as others, a brief introduction. My name is Sam and I'm a keen cyclist, generally doing my best to stay fit and healthy. Cycling is definitely my favourite exercise, as nothing beats being out in the country, exploring with only you, the bike and the views.

The guys at Sport Birmingham do brilliant work promoting sport throughout the community and encouraging sport in youth. It's for this reason that I have chosen to support them. So what better way than one of the biggest challenges I (mainly my legs) will ever face! 100 miles in the West Midlands countryside with 15,000 other plucky cyclists. 

Please give what you can to support sport in our area, for our generation and that of the future.
