I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research because every 3 minutes someone in the UK dies from heart and circulatory disease and this needs to be reduced to no one dying. 

The British Heart Foundation are at the forefront of researching ways to cure heart disease and educate others to look after their heart so that we can ensure that our hearts keep beating. 

For your generous donation I am going taking part in 2 ride, The Ride London-Surrey which is 46 miles and the London to Brighton which is 75 miles off road.  

My effort mixed with your donation we can beat heartbreak forever together
