Hope supports young people when a loved one is seriously ill. They're there from the point of diagnosis for however long they're needed, whatever the outcome for the patient.The charity is entirely self-funded and relies on fundraising, donations and grants so that they can carry on supporting young people who are going through such a traumatic time. Any support you can offer really will be appreciated by me and the rest of the Hope team.
