Having run several marathons including Prague and Madrid, nothing trumps running the London Marathon. This year I am raising money for The Salvation Army. The money raised will contribute to helping The Salvation Army in protecting and caring for vulnerable victims of modern slavery.  

Modern slavery is not just a problem in other countries. It exists in our own, local communities here in the UK. It is inconceivable to think that today women, men and children are treated as commodities, bought and sold to satisfy the greed and desires of others.
