Hi, my name is sam and recently lost my mum to motor neuron disease, she was taking from us so early and didnt even reach her 50th birthday, leaving behind my brother  and young sister and her 3 young grand child (my three children) who loved her so much! In the little time we had left with her, watching her go through such pain and suffering with MND it broke my heart! Nothing can bring her back but by doing something in her name for MND could hopefully help someone not have to go through the pain i and many others have suffered through this terrible disease.
