So with 2 Treks completed, Machu Picchu and the Great Wall of China, a year off, now we are back for our third challenge in 2019.

Sam & Jax are off to trek and camp in 3 Canyons in America.  Zion, Bryce and Grand.  Its going to be a challenge, sleeping on the base of the Canyon and walking for up to 8 hours a day.

We are raising much needed funds for the Hospice of St Francis.  Do you know they rely on voluntary donations to raise 80% of over £5 million they need annually to fund their free care.

We have so far raised and contributed a mere, but still respectable, £14,000.
