In November, both myself and Jamie will be flying to Vietnam to take part in a 382km charity cycle. This will begin in Ho Chi Minh City, followed by cycling through several Vietnamese villages, a boat trip across the Mekong and Bassac Rivers into Cambodia, and then completing our journey at Angkor Wat.

We decided to sign up for this cycle in aid of SANDS as it is very close to our hearts.

We have seen first hand the amazing work and support the charity offers to those in need of help through the most difficult times imaginable.
