Story
As many of you may know, recently we sadly lost our beautiful friend Will. As I watch the people around me deal with this loss, I desperately want to help them to feel better. I have been researching as much as possible, and I got in contact with CALM.
CALM are a charity that aim to prevent men from suffering; they provide support for men who feel suicidal, as well as their loved ones. CALM also provide support for anyone who is grieving for somebody who has been lost to suicide. Their services are absolutely fantastic, but we need to continue to grow these life-saving services and make change happen. We need to smash the silence around loss; we need to save more lives; we need to provide more support for those affected by suicide.
On the 26th of October (the night the clocks go back), we will be walking 20 miles (from Greenwich to Big Ben and back again). As the clocks go back, we will step forward - together. We will remember our loved ones and raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause.
All donations are welcome, no matter how big or small. Thank you all for your support.
Lots of love,
Sam x
