This year I am taking part in the Great South Run to raise money for the Stubbington Ark. This fantastic local animal shelter is where we found our beautiful but mischievous kittens Millie & Maisie. The Ark has fantastic facilities and superb staff offering help to a wide variety of animals in need but they can only continue their great work with the help of public donations.

Please help me support this fantastic charity by sponsoring me for this year's 10-mile run around Portsmouth. I know there's a recession on, so please spare whatever you can. Sadly, the economic downturn has meant that animal shelters such as Stubbington Ark have been overwhelmed with pets owners can no longer afford to keep.
