Christmas can be a really tough time for some people and we would really love to support those people.

• Last Christmas the Samaritans responded to 278,053 calls for help throughout the festive season from the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• On Christmas Day alone, their volunteers responded to 10,050 calls for help.
• 1,508 volunteers gave up their time to support those struggling to cope by answering calls and emails on Christmas Day.
• 16 people take their own lives in the UK each day.
• It costs as little as £5 to respond to a call for help that could save a life
