Hi everyone,

I'm shaving my head on the 20th December! I'm raising money for a charity called XLP.

XLP is a charity that works with the marginalised youth in London. They work with young people in gangs and gang leaders as well as troubled individuals on the estates who give youth a feared reputation. XLP organises various projects across London. They have 2 pimped out buses which drive around the estates to for youth in these areas as much of gang life is territorial. They have a mentoring scheme, XL-Mentoring that has proven immensely successful. As well as this, XLP run an arts showcase which allows young people to present any talents or expressions they have through the arts in competitions.

I went to London to visit XLP in October and have seen the incredible work they are doing.
