I've set up this page in loving memory of our beloved cousin Sam McDonald and the beautiful son of Anne and Andrew. 

Sam was truly one in a million and taken far to early from us due to his condition, Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This condition attacks the body's muscles, which eventually leads to the deterioration of the skeletal, heart and lung muscles. It is such a cruel condition which unfortunately, very few people know of and understand. In Sam's memory, we would like to raise awareness of this and raise money for the Neuromuscular Centre in Winsford, who supported Sam so much over the years in a number of ways. 

Any donations, no matter how big or small, will go a long way towards this deserving cause.
