Story

I have been working for 19 years in the field of domestic abuse and violence against women and girls, from a BME perspective.

Time and time again we have met women who have survived violence and have told us how Bawso proved to be their only lifeline.

In order to keep this lifeline in place it is increasingly critical that survivors, supporters, community leaders, professionals and practitioners come together to volunteer time and raise funds for this vital work.

I am joining the sponsored Bawso Team to walk the Cardiff Half Marathon in support of our work to eradicate Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).

JOIN US by either walking, running or sponsoring one of the Bawso Team members.
