I started sailing when I was 8 years old and joined my school's CCF Navy section where I completed my Competent Crew. I applied for the Clipper Round The World Race when I was 16 years old and have since completed my race training and Day Skipper lisence. I am the youngest ever crew member and will be sailing over 9000 miles traveling to ports such as San Francisco, Jamaica, New York and back across the Atlantic lasting over 3 months. I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to do this and want to give back to people less fortunate than myself.
