Bendrigg Trust challenges perceptions of disabled and disadvantaged people through adventurous activities. Just £40 can support a person with a disability to try climbing for the first time and start to believe in what they can do, rather than what they think they can't. At Bendrigg we help people take part in activities they never dreamt possible due to their disability or social disadvantage. I myself have been a participant and a volunteer at Bendrigg and have experienced first hand the incredible impact of such an amazing place. I recognise how crucial it is for Bendrigg to continue its legacy, but this may not be possible without your help.
