Aniridia is the absence of the iris, usually involving both eyes. In the general population, aniridia occurs in 1 per 50,000-100,000 people and the incidence varies in different regions. Aniridia Network is a support group and charity for people affected by aniridia: those who have it plus their family, carers, doctors, educators and other support givers. The network is a team of trustees and volunteers . All funding comes entirely from donations. So please give to a charity that is known as well but is a charity that is needed for people like me to find out more about this condition to give a loved one the best possible chance
