All Saints, Church Sandon and St Rufin’s Church Burston are two rural churches in the Mid-Trent Benefice.  All Saints’ is Grade 1 listed for its 16th Century wall paintings and monuments and provided a wonderful setting for weddings.  St Rufin’s is a mid 19th Century mission church in the tiny hamlet of Burston.  Both are supported and maintained by a regular congregation of around 40 people across both churches.  Any donations made via Just Giving will be used to support the ongoing maintenance of the church buildings as we are still feeling the effects of Covid on our regular church attendance.
