I co-ordinate the Lothian Heart Failure Support Service for Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland and have seen what a difference our newsletter makes to the Heart Failure patients I work with in Lothian. The newsletter provides information about the condition and about events which patients and carers can attend in the region. Education and integration are extremely valuable weapons in the fight against this debilitating and isolating health condition. I would like to raise £1500.00 - enough to print and distribute the "Heart Failure News" throughout Lothian for a whole year. CAN YOU HELP??
