Last year I wouldn’t have thought I would be writing this because I never thought I’d do anything like this. I was always telling myself I’m a “backstage person” and never had the courage to let my voice be heard. Boxing was something I always wanted to give a shot but never had the confidence to actually try because what if this what if that... 

This year has taught me many lessons and completely flipped my perspective on life. I am to blame for harming my body in many different ways. For few years now I have been trying to take care of my health and change my lifestyle for better. I’m so proud of myself for how hard I’ve worked to be where I am now but my growth doesn’t end here, in fact, I’m only getting started. I have decided to challenge myself more. 

Health is something we constantly take for granted and we don’t realise how lucky we are until we get ill. This March I will put up a fight at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester for Cancer Research. 

You never know what tomorrow may bring, so do what you always wanted to do big or small, as soon as possible. I was lucky enough not to lose anyone close to me to cancer. But I have seen the pain of many people who did. I don’t wish this upon my worst enemy. I wish I could take away all their pain away but right now a little help is all I can give. If it means taking few punches I’ll take that and I’ll punch back harder. 

My target is £250 but I believe we can go over that! Thank you soo much for anyone supporting me. It means the world to me to have such strong support system.
